July 19 2019 – Sign Up For a 6 Month Fitness Plan

Well folks I decided to challenge myself again and actually decided to enlist some help with my fitness goals for the last half of 2019.

I have decided to reenlist the help of an online fitness trainer. And, I know that if I follow his plan that I will be successful.

Summary of the email that I sent is below:

Goal Weight: 145 – 150 pounds

Goal Bodyfat Percentage: 25 percent

Current weight: 173 pounds

Current bodyfat: 30 percent

Current Waist: 38.5
